Minor: not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. Minor: In the hallway that leads to the rooms, you need a light. It’s very dark at night and you can’t even see the door key. You hear the trains rumbling by, it sounds like thunder. It wasn’t an issue for me, but more sensitive guests might find it bothersome.

You can hear the trains - this didn’t bother us, just something to be aware of. There was air con which was on but didn’t seem to cool the room down.

I had to book luggage to go around the city 4 to check in. The rental address and the check-in address are not the same place. There is no person to guide you. check in at 2pm and check out at 10am , my bad trip , took 1 day for check in ... too terrible traveled 1000km to come here just to check in and rush to check out .
SEAmazing location! Loved the balcony and the gelato place downstairs. Yes you can hear the train but it stops around midnight and you won’t notice it again until it’s time to wake up!

It was a bit noisy. Didn’t matter much during the day as you’d expect it to be very touristy and loud. However it did get a bit loud at night, everytime a train went past the sound was so loud and it would shake the room a little. I understand it’s out of anyone’s control but just a heads up
