Location and room quality.

Couldn’t book on-Site Brazilluan steak restaurant on the daycwe arrived as itxdaidconlinecthat itxwss closed. Yet when we returned from another restaurant hherexwere customers in the restaurant!… Main issue though for our stay wasxthatchgdxreception staff seemed very incertain whether the NCP Car Park discount Code would work . In fsct, First staff MEMBER was adamant that it no longer works! In the end Maria G foundza Code which we used and it did work. However, their lack of knowledge and uncertainty was not very reassuring.

Lovely hotel and would definitely return. Check in was efficient with a self service screen and room cards but staff are on hand to help if needed. Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Complimentary water provided. Shower great, nice and powerful. Breakfast had a good range of options from continental to full english.
