Golfbilarna är för få, man kan få vänta länge. Servicen är ibland slapp. Rummen är lite slitna

It probably used to be a 5 start hotel in the past but to be honest it should be more like a 3 stars today maybe 4 with a lot of effort on their end.

Service is almost not existent Rooms are old and dirty Don’t expect to have a blink at the sea, you cannot see it even if you book the most expensive suite, the sea is very far away. Management is disorganized and messy and trying to charge extra fees for everything. Pools are dirty Beach is 20 minutes away walking or 5 minutes away with the cab but then you need to wait 10 minutes for the cab Food is dirty, I had diarrhea straight away… Pool area and chairs are dirty and old Price is expensive for what it is, but on top of that they made us pay extra charge at the hotel 300USD more for 2 nights. We booked two suites at a highlighted price for two people per suite and the reception says we need to pay 300USD additional price for 2 nights for 2 more people. This is not that it’s unfair or something, this is clearly stealing, because there is no choice for you to go anywhere else once you are there. The place is even dangerous for kids, there was broken glass for about an hour and half at the kids area without any member of the staff caring until someone complained and then it took another 30 minutes to get clean. I would not recommend
