Comfy Bed Convenient location Reasonably clean but the toilet door has rusty parts

Restaurant Staff Members don't care at all, iI have stayed there many times and have never been impressed by their attitude Air Con wasn't easy to adjust at all

Absolutely everything, the staff were so welcoming & friendly, they were available at any hour to help with Absolutely everything. The food was absolutely lush, I really enjoyed the breakfast, the matress on the bed was so comfortable, the most comfortable mattress ive ever slept on in a hotel. We booked a suite with our own private hot tub & sauna, there were towels Absolutely everywhere, plenty in the bathroom, some in the sauna, some next to the hot tub, genuinely way more then we needed. The hot tub was perfect temperature, the sauna heated up very quickly, we even had our own private outdoor seating area which was lovely with the warm weather. We had a fridge with complimentary water, milk, alcohol & juice. The place was absolutely spotless from top the bottom, I didnt see one bit of dirt anywhere & none of the furniture was run down. The rooms were completely sound proof which was amazing as we were above an event that was into the early morning. The suite was massive & carefully thought out where things were placed, they even left a little personalised welcome note for me on the TV which was wonderful. They had different light switches for different lights that you could have dim or bright so if you didnt want to turn them off then you could just turn them down. I could literally go on all day about how genuinely lovely it was in the suite there

When having breakfast i went to grab a plate & the plate was scolding hot so I burnt my thumb, it wasnt a bad burn but enough to hurt, there was no signs saying the Plates were hot & I saw kids dining there also. A little sign would do the trick though or making sure the plates were cooled down before being brought out.

Lovely hotel. Good food. No complaints. We were stranded by a broken down car and needed a place to stay for the night until the car was fixed. It's a little pricey but extremely nice rooms.

Locatie: er is niets rondom het hotel, echt the middle of nowhere. Het personeel lijkt weinig beleving te hebben bij wat ze doen. Bij het ontbijt werd bijvoorbeeld elke ochtend opnieuw gevraagd of we al eerder in het hotel waren geweest. Ook bij de bar viel dit op. We kwamen ongeveer een uur later terug en bestelden bij dezelfde persoon hetzelfde drankje. Toch had diegene geen idee wie we waren, terwijl het tussendoor vrijwel leeg was in de bar. Als er op dat moment drie gasten zaten, was het veel.
