Fabulous Hotel in a great location and is both suitable for the golf resort next door and non-golfers alike. Poolside bar offers limited fayre but the spa can only be improved if they allowed food to be served there, an excellent experience. Clubhouse and Story restaurant have good menus and offer a good breakfast. The gin and tonics were great but bowel shatteringly expensive

Firstly this was our second visit to the ONYRIA Quinta da Marinha Boutique Hotel staying in one of their excellent Townhouses again. One of our main reasons for rebooking again this year was the excellent service offered by Louiza Silva the Front Office manager as her warm service and friendly nature won our hearts. The hotels staff are excellent and provide a super service. Our booking was the use of the Townhouse [5 minutes walk from the main hotel] which offers a large double bedroom and large shower room upstairs and large lounge and kitchen with washing machine downstairs plus a smaller second bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. We were able to have an excellent breakfast in the main Boutique Hotel daily with loads of choice and great service. This Story restaurant also offers dinners and also meals in the very well stocked Story Bar. The onsite Golf Course is ideal for holiday golf and challenging for all levels of golfers. Its relatively flat and easy to walk with an electric trolley [20 Euro] as the cost of buggies at 55 Euro seems excessive. Pull Trolleys are also available at 7 Euro per round. My advice would be to book these Buggies before travel as on more than one occasion during out 2 week stay there were no Buggies available. It can be very busy daily but early starts seem less busy and easier to get around in a reasonable time. However some 4 balls were taking 5 hours!!!!!! The location is ideal if you have a car as the excellent small town of Cascais is only 15 minutes away plus journeys to the coast and attractions north like Sintra and Ericeira is easily accessible. Don't be confused there are 2 hotels on the site using the Golf Course we used the Boutique Hotel!!!! but had a meal in the Golfers Bar at the other hotel. My wife and I would highly recommend The Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for an excellent holiday in Cascais area.

Serene, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are top level with guest services. This is a perfect spot if you are looking for an escape that is a short, inexpensive Uber away from everything Cascais has to offer. The food at the dinner restaurant is inventive, fresh, and beautifully presented. The pistachio cake for dessert is a must, even if only once. This resort, Cascais, and Portugal should definitely be on your list of places to go.
