Excellent location and very clean and comfortable space.

Lake view from some of property was nice. Clean rooms.

We got a terrible location on property right on road so lights shown in all night long from cars and noise was terrible.

People were cleaning the whole location constantly, the chairs, the tables and all the facilities were pretty tidy. Good cottages in pretty good condition. Very comfy beds.

The "contactless check-in" is way overcomplicated, first you get a link with a book to read and to sign (that is terms and conditions), then you get a questionary to answer (number of adults, children, pets and car) and then you need to do a phone call to provide credit card information. Our suggestion: how about to do that with the one link, that you send anyways? could all be in one place. One form to fill and no confusion. We missed the last point, in that overwhelming flood of messages and emails prior to check in, so we luckily did catch the lady at the check-in bureau and could provide the credit-card information there. Prior guests left dirty sporting cloths in a drawer, some food in an other drawer and one tangerine beside the microwave. All those things were in the cottage, when we arrived, that was a bit disgusting.

Loved the speciousness of the unit; spotlessly clean. And #17 being right on the lake was awesome. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it, too, was spotlessly clean and inviting. Lori and the asian fellow were great. Short drive to Safeway. We would return and stay longer. 2 nights not enough.

The check-in process was a bit confusing. Supposed to receive a text/message instructions but never got it.
