Terra Linda Resort

This really should be a 5 Star Hotel. I liked everything about this Hotel. The Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay there every time I go to Sosúa. Excellent!!

Overall everything was pretty good

The hotel had a great restaurant. The housekeepers were nice.

My key opened multiple rooms. No chains or extra security for the doors . This place seems like it caters to people looking for a one night stand . My room 110 had no working AC . Then change to 203 No working AC again . No reception staff to attend to issues after 10p. The security guard did try help us by changing the room to One with a working AC. He seemed to be overwhelmed because he had to attend to duties not related to his job but he did help. Honestly i stayed one night because I was passing On my way to Puerto Plata , and needed a place to crash but if i knew i would have kept going . Sheets were dirty . Toilet paper drenched in water falling from The ceiling . Mold on the walls .

I love everything about the hotel from the food to the service to the whole environment. The vibe was positive around there and don’t forget the pizza. It was off the chain.

The staff was nice. The service was decent just the property. There’s a little old and outdated.

The Restaurant staff is not very friendly. The tall light completed Woman was very unwelcoming. The front desk and security are great. Again the one server had a very bad attitude

When leaving puerto plata we had our flight cancelled and had to find a hotel for the night. There wasn’t many options because of the holiday (day before Xmas Eve) but this one looked ok on Expedia. That is no the case. This hotel is extremely dirty. Rooms are very run down. When we arrived I went to the front said hello and was completely ignored because the girl at the front was so into whatever she was looking at on her phone. We get shown to our room and the room has no seal on the door. You can completely see around the door. The door didn’t have a handle just a key lock you had to turn from the inside. The room was very dirty. There was no toilet paper. In the morning when we were leaving we spotted cockroaches on the ground in our room. I was not surprised by this with the lack of cleanliness and upkeep at the hotel.
