Wir wurden überaus freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Der Check- In verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Nachdem wir im ersten Zimmer ein Mangel festgestellt hatten, konnte unser Problem sofort und unverzüglich gelöst werden. Der überaus nette Rezeptionist war wirklich sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und hat für uns eine schnelle Lösung/ ein neues Zimmer gefunden. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig, sodass wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht (z.B. Wasserkocher fanden wir sehr gut). Das Bett war sehr bequem. Zur Begrüßung stand auf dem Zimmer Wasser bereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal hier ist auch sehr freundlich und super flink beim Nachlegen und Abräumen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.

Das Frühstück war wie immer hervorragend. Vor allem war das Frühstück spersonal super nett. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Das Badezimmer hat veraltete und teilweise schimmelige Fugen. Der Teppichboden müsste in den Zimmern und auf den Fluren ebenfalls mal ausgetauscht werden.
