H+ Hotel Hannover

Helt fint, rummeligt og god morgenmad

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the years. Until today the experience has been great, usually letting us check in before 15.00. This year we arrived at 13.00 and were informed that we couldn't check in until 15.00. So we took our dog and went for a walk and were back at around 14.00. We were still not allowed to check in until 15.00. So we sat in the reception area and waited. Our dog sat at our feet panting in the heat. At around 14.50 another company arrived and were allowed to check in. We queued up and checked in at 14.55!!!. When we questioned this we got no clear explanation from the receptionist: 1) Why was the other company allowed to check in before 15.00? Why didn't he reach out to us and checked us in before the other company that arrived after us? We sat a few meters away, clearly in sight. We asked for clarification several times but the only explanation we got was that the rooms wasn't ready until 15.00. Amazing that all rooms can be ready at 15.00 sharp. On previous stays at this hotel - and others, when we have arrived before the official check-in time the receptionist checks if there is a room ready - not this time. No checks for available rooms. We asked for when the breakfast was served and was told that it started at 7.00. As we needed to leave early we went down at 6.50 to queue up. We were somewhat surprised that the breakfast serving was in full service, and clearly had been so for some time.

Fantastiskt!

Ligger tæt på motorvejen og dejligt sted at slappe af på en kør selvferie. Vi brugte hotellet til dele turen op. Hotellet ligger i et industri område og der er ikke meget at se. Men der er ro og fred. Man kan spise på hotellet så for os var det helt perfekt. Overfor hotellet er der mulighed for indkøb. Så dejlig vel udhvilet og med nye forsyninger kørte vi videre til næste distinarion

Beds are too hard

Super super Matraze! Geräumig und alles Wichtige da. Auch eine Wasserflasche war bereitgestellt. Geniales Fruehstuecksbuffet. Viel Platz Tische nicht zu eng wie bei vielen Hotels und auch Buffet sehr geschickt, so dass sich die Leute gut verteilt haben! Super Nähe zur Autobahn, wir waren auf dem Weg nach Hamburg.

Det var et rigtigt godt Hotel til pengene. Værelserne var pæne og rene, parkering lige ved døren og morgenmaden var fantastisk.

Dejligt hotel

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
