Defecte airco's. Geld voor alle 3 de kamers die we geboekt hadden.

La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation. Or, lors de ma réservation, les photos de la chambre laissaient apparaître un climatiseur, ce qui ne m'a pas amené à vérifier davantage ce point. Compte tenu des fortes chaleurs actuelles, si j'avais su que la chambre n'était pas climatisée, je n'aurais pas choisi cet établissement. Par ailleurs, sachant que la chambre ne bénéficiait pas de climatisation, il aurait été judicieux que le personnel ferme les rideaux avant mon arrivée afin de limiter l'exposition au soleil tout au long de la journée et d'éviter que la température à l'intérieur ne devienne particulièrement élevée.

We had a very nice two-room suite. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel has an underground parking garage. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working, and as far as we understood, it was not working throughout the entire hotel. The outside temperature was over 30°C. The fan in the room helped a little, but it was no substitute for air conditioning. Guests should be informed in advance when the air conditioning is not functioning, especially during such hot weather. We were unable to sleep properly because the room was extremely hot, even with the windows open.

Kahvaltısı güzel ve doyurucuydu. Şehir merkezine uzak olduğu için sessiz, sakin ve ağaçlarla dolu bir yerdeydi. Hemen yanında bir AVM bulunuyordu.

Öncelikle otel lobisinde klima çalışıyordu fakat odaların hiçbirinde klima çalışmıyordu ve bize bozuk olduğunu söylediler. Havanın yaklaşık 40 derece olduğu bir zamanda klimaları çalıştırmak yerine odalara vantilatör koymuşlardı. Oda halı ile kaplı olduğu için tüm mobilyalar kadar halılar da çok eskiydi ve kokuyordu. Odalar karanlıktı ve odalarda rahatça gezebilmek için terlik sağlamıyorlardı. Queen bed tercih etmemize rağmen bize iki ayrı baza verdiler ve bunu çözmek için bir şey yapmadılar. Resepsiyondaki esmer kadın çok kabaydı, bize isterseniz checkout yapın fakat size yardım edemem dedi. Odamızı değiştirmek yerine gelip iki bazayı birleştirdiler fakat arada bir boşluk kaldığı için eşimle beraber rahat uyuyamadık ve ortadaki boşluk bizi rahatsız etti. Olumlu yanı için bahsettiğim uzaklık bazıları için olumsuz olabilir; Dom'a geçmek için bir otobüse binip tramvay aktarması yapmanız ya da 20 dk yürüyüp tramvaya binmeniz gerekiyor. Yaklaşık 40 dk sürüyor.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt (bei ca. 33 Grad Außentemperatur).

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Uns konnte keine Ersatzzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Im Zimmer war es unerträglich warm. Ich habe gefühlt gar nicht geschlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kam zwar etwas Luft herein, aber der Lärm der Hauptstraße war zu laut. Schade.
