J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet appart-hotel, qui est très bien placé, juste à côté du Palais Royal. L’appartement était décoré de façon moderne, très bien entretenu, la sallle de bain était grande et magnifique. Il y avait de quoi cuisiner, dans l’appartement, et la literie était excellente. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et a pu m’aider chaque fois que j’avais une question. Mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit déjeuner qui avait toujours le sourire, et était très prévenant.

Le Rooftop était ouvert aux gens de l’extérieur, quand j’y étais. Vers 18 heures, c’était souvent plein. L’idéal serait que l’hôtel réserve quelques tables pour ses clients.

Extremely professional staff, able to handle perfectly the most unexpected problems. Quiet location, in spite of being surrounded by rather intense traffic. Recently refurbished, it seems. Spacious room, nice view over the roofs. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. An interesting mall only five minutes away, inside the old building of Principe Pio train station. Lots of splendid parks all around. Highly recommendable.

Perhaps people with mobility problems should be warned that access by foot from and to the city center depends on stairs & not always functional elevators. We chose to ride a bus to and from Plaza de Espana (just one stop) to avoid climbing. Coffee in the reception hall at the price of 1 euro is not a very elegant offer.

We really liked the location of the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a king-sized bed, which isn't common in Spain. The TV had a variety of channels including ones in English. Everything worked well and was clean. I used the laundry room too and it was easy to use. The breakfast was worth the 16 euros.

The only thing I missed was an in-room coffee maker of some sort.

Chaines de télévision francophone pas utilisables - probablement lié à internet. Buffet petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Very helpful staff, lovely comfortable bed, fantastic to enjoy a drink on the rooftop looking out towards the palace.
