Chopin Hotel

The hotel is a classical style, very well kept and clean. The breakfast takes forever to come, and when it finally does, it's not tasty. The biggest downer was the fact that they had live music at the restaurant and my room was on the first floor, so it was bit loud for my comfort.

Booked a junior suite for a 2 night stay. The room was spacious and immaculate at the price of a Travelodge in the U.K. The location was very central with most things worth seeing in comfortable walking distance. The staff were young, enthusiastic and very helpful with a good command of the English language.

Centrally located with an easy walk to the old town square. Some of the staff spoke limited English, but more than made up for it with friendliness and excellent service. The room was clean and very spacious but somewhat oddly furnished. Nice, modern bathroom. The WiFi was fast and of the no-nonsense type with a simple password that you need to enter only once.

Super and friendly service; hotel is located in walking distance to the old city so very practical. Only drawback was that the square on which the hotel is located (residential neighborhood) seems to be the favorite hangout of the youth of the neighborhood from midnight till 2 or 3 in the morning - and they are quite noisy...

Hotels.com reservation didn't work. The hotel had one room left and made arrangements for us.

The hotel - a very nice building - is very well located, in a quite street, at walking distance from the central/tourist Lviv area. Hotel staff is friendly and always available to provide you any information and to make the stay as comfortable as possible. But... internet didn't work in my room and despite several calls and actions to resolve the problem, internet didn't work... Solving the problem that existed already before I arrived would have been more efficient than the 1000 apologies I received from the staff.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay at Chopin Hotel. From the very start we had an incredible experience. The staff, the room, the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The boutique hotel only has 17 rooms so do not delay in booking! We were very impressed by their fine restaurant and their well trained staff. We would perhaps have liked to have seen some Ukrainian wines on their wine list but this is not a criticism but only a suggestion.

A last-minute booking at a surprisingly good price for one of the nicest hotels in Lviv. Spacious, well-furnished junior suite overlooking tranquil gardens at the back. Very good a la carte breakfast included in the room rate, very pleasant staff, and great location in a quiet garden square in the centre of Lviv.

Very positive experience: a convenient location in the downtown and quiet; 5 -10 min walk to the market square of the old downtown with many restaurants and attractions; the city concert hall is across the street; 10-20 min walk to the University and Technical University; 3 min walk to Galka - a nice Café with delicious Austrian type Apfelstrudel; a nice breakfast area with good selection a la carte; very friendly hotel staff. The service was excellent for this price.
