Personal war sehr freundlich , das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt alles was man sich wünscht auch das essen im Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt man ist auch ruck zuck in der Erfurter Innenstadt.

Der Fahrstuhl ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
