Als wir ankamen war die Reception nicht besetzt. Wir hätten die Schlüssel für unsere 2 gebuchten Zimmer im Safe im Vorraum auffinden sollen. Leider war nur ein Schreiben im Safe ohne Schlüssel, diese wurden nicht hinterlegt. Ein Schreckmoment. Auf dem Schreiben war eine "Not-Telefon-Nr.", jedoch nahmen die Kollegen zuerst den Anruf nicht entgegen. Als wir es dann wenig später nochmals probierten konnten diese weiterhelfen und uns einen Schlüssel in einem anderen Safe organisieren. Ansonsten hatten wir alles was wir brauchten und würden hier trotz dieser Erfahrung wieder übernachten.

Die Schlüsselhinterlegung sollte schon funktionieren wenn die Reception nicht besetzt ist.

Zu große Kissen wurden auf unseren Wunsch spontan getauscht. Tiefgarage top, um Motorräder abzustellen. Bäckerei und Netto nebenan.

Frühstück einfach und es war richtig voll.

Sehr unbequeme Bett. Kissen waren totale Katastrophe. Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft.
