Mt Tamborine Stonehaven Manor

The property looks impressive and unique, the gardens are well maintained and the creek at the back of the property is beautiful. However the house itself is old and not well maintained, appears to be resting on its laurels from yesteryear...rooms need updating including carpets and paint, mould on walls, dust and cobwebs etc. Lighting was poor in the downstairs room and back of building in disrepair. Entrance foyer had an electric fireplace which was rarely on so cold and drafty with little ambience. A shame as the property has great potential, just need to invest in upgrading facilities.

Very quiet, relaxing, private, lots of space, close to town.

it was a great place to go to and very convenient for our needs. it would greatly benefit from a swimming pool and an outside verandah for lounging on.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Happy with our room. It was what we expected. We had to cancel our trip to UK for husband's birthday who is of Scottish ancestry so a little bit of Scotland was most welcome. Will definitely return.Thank you.

Wonderful place, walking distance to all the main tourist attractions on mount Tamborine. Gorgeous building, lovely room and spa. Very friendly owners. We had a great time

Still as warm and friendly as it was when we first visited 22 years ago on our honeymoon.

It was really nice, nice backyard, staff were friendly and accommodating. Place was lovely.
