"Okay for airport stop over"

We chose this hotel as it’s close to the airport (a 5 min drive) so the location is great. The restaurant adjoining the hotel is fantastic, a nice setting with delicious food.

The receptionist appeared incredibly busy so our check in was a bit rushed and cold. The room had an overwhelming pungent strong smell from air freshener or cleaner which immediately smacks of masking something (however the room was clean). Our room overlooked the restaurant seating area so was noisy until later in the evening. There is no air conditioning in the room and the fan provided sounded like an aircraft taking off. The silicone in the shower room needs replacement.

Perfect for a late flight arrival.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and or coffee facilities in our room. Or at least a couple of bottles of water.
