Great location. Staff always happy to help and are very friendly. Rooms are spotless.

Early check in and right above a restaurant serving breakfast ! Right across from Beach and multiple beach clubs to rent chairs from. Our room was first door at stairwell every guest walks past our door and the restaurant set up/take down is a bit noisy but we had enough sleep. The sheets were clean but the mattress cover was not. Shower was ok but very small. I would stay here again for the price and the location. Abiza restaurant was highlight !!

The location is perfect as it's opposite the beach & there were things about the room that surprised me. The air con was great, it had a small fridge it in which was a god send in the heat, the beds & pillows were extremely comfortable & i had a sun lounger on my balcony. The sun lounger was broken when i arrived but the staff replaced it within 2 days with a new one. The only issue for me is the cleaning & cleaning staff - which need work. Despite my room apparently being cleaned 3 times not once did they empty the ashtray on the balcony & there were times they didn't refill the toilet roll. There was also a sign saying that if you didn't put the clean me sign on your door then the cleaners wouldn't enter for guests privacy - however i found this to be untrue & the day i didn't put the sign on the door was the day that - for whatever reason the cleaner took all my towels & didn't replace them. Reception were surprised & apologised but not really sure how you make a mistake like that. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and would return.

We spent great days in this nice cozy place, quiet, clean. Very friendly staff. Spectacular breakfast with several options such as Mediterranean, English or Spanish traditions. we will be back!!! Thanks Staff Guadalupenses..

Excellent location for beach and playa, if you not walking to it from Torremilnos station. Loads or twisting steps down, which means back up also. There is a lift service at 50 cents one way, but does not operate 24hrs. Not suitable if you have any type of walking disabilities. Room 102 had all facilities, and well thought out, but very compact, without much exterior natural light. Management did not for fill it's booking promotion. 10% discount on first food/drinks order, or conmplentar bottle of wine. Very poor business practice.
