Please note that guests under the age of 16 do not have access to the Spa (indoor pool, aquatic centre, sauna, hammam, hot tub). The lockers rental costs EUR 1. Guests are required to bring flip flops (that have not been worn outside). Flip flops rental is available on site for EUR 2. The spa is closed on Tuesdays until 14:00. Please note the restaurant will be closed on the evening of 24 December and the Spa will be closed all day on 25 December. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Agréable"

Le lieu est magique, les chambres confortables et les équipements au niveau.

Le système d’entrée avec les cartes de chambre au portail d’entrée n’est pas très optimum. Le personnel de réception n’était pas des plus aimable et disponible vs le personnel de la restauration et gardiens de l’entrée qui sont très agréables et orientés client.

Bruit de Grincement de Clim Rideaux pas très occultants trop de jour Petit déjeuner qui mériterait vraiment d’être amélioré

Très très bel endroit joli domaine le personnel est très courtois la chambre était très bien malgré un peu cher pour le standing

Un peu trop grand trop de chambre trop grand complexe moins intimiste que les lieux que nous fréquentons d'habitude à vrai dire ça me faisait penser un peu un village vacances de standing appréciation très personnelle mais manque de chaleur

Een fantastische omgeving, totaal rust. Prachtig buitenzwembad (misschien 12M lang en 5M breed). Mooi SPA, fantastische massages. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de restaurant.

Technisch problem met airconditioning , geen ventilator aanwezig. Heet golf in mei 2026... Wij waren op 19 mei over een defect airconditioning geinformeerd, geen ventilator aanwezig en op 28 mei het probleem was nog niet opgelost en hadden ze nog steeds geen ventilator aanwezig. Geen body melk, geen vergrotende spiegel.
