"Very pleasant, cozy, clean and nice plays to stay with all the facilities, I would definitely recommend it."

We liked everything: - Free parking space - Yard with a beautiful garden, also good for kids - Pet friendly with additional 10 EUR payment - Beautiful and clean, nice old furniture - 20 minutes by car to the Vysokie Tatry spots - A bottle of wine was included into the price - There is a bakery on the other side of the street

I was very stressed because of knowing that we have to pay 10 EUR extra if the check in is after 20:00. We were coming late because of the road traffic. But luckily came 5-10 minutes before 20:00.

Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them as a client. They are always right and you are always wrong. We just left after they treated us with disrespect. Expedia refunded our payment. Be aware! Now let see how they will defend themselves and threaten me again. Just don't!

The bells of the church every 15 minutes between 7 en 22 h ,hallo! good restaurants in the neighbour mountains ,hiking within 20 km old Poprad intresting

"Very unique, spacious rooms"

From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!
