Civitel Akali Hotel

Mooie ruime kamer. Heel proper. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Ligging op wandelafstand van de oude stad (ongeveer 10 min.)

Personalen var väldigt trevlig, läget var väldigt bra.

Sängarna var inte dom bästa, min säng lät så fort jag vände mig. Skulle uppskattat om balkongen sopades vid städningen.

Location is 10 mins to old town of Chania. Breakfast was very good.

No clothes drier in the balcony.

Loved our stay at the Akali Hotel! Beautiful facilities. In a very convenient and walkable area steps away from restaurants and Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Also had stellar service from front desk staff (particularly Irena who was very helpful for recommendations throughout our stay). Would recommend!

Great hotel, close to the beach, restaurants and the old town. Staff were super helpful and lovely.

The cleaning staff entered my room a couple of times while I was in the shower. I also had a couple of guests enter my room on the day of check out before it was time. They had the same key as me.

J’avais demandé plus de 2 mois à l’avance d’avoir un chambre avec deux lits simples, voyageant avec une amie . Et j’ai eu une chambre avec lit double sans possibilité de changer. Nous avons su et prévenu plusieurs jours à l’avance que nous devions écourter notre séjour d’une nuit et nous n’avons pas pu obtenir de remboursement même partiel. Quartier assez brouillant et sans charme mais à 15 mn a pied du centre historique.

Personalul în primul rând, foarte prietenos și la dispoziția clienților hotelului. Foarte de ajutor, cu informații complete, cu zâmbetul pe buze și fericiți să ajute. Apoi, hotelul, foarte frumos renovat cu atenție la detalii, piscina este o oază de verdeață și liniște. Camera de o curățenie impecabilă, cu mobilier de bun gust și o terasă sigură pentru copilașii mici. Am avut vedere spre piscină și minunatul magazin de flori vecin cu hotelul. Mic dejun delicios și proaspăt.

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα! Η κυρία Ρένα ήταν ευγενέστατη και πάντα πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική! Πολύ καλή εμπειρία με πλουσιοπάροχο πρωινό και εννοείτε ευγενέστατοι που δίνουν το περιθώριο να πάρεις το πρωινό σου και ας έχει περάσει η ώρα! Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική πολύ κοντά στην αγορά στην πόλη των Χανίων! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
