The staff service was not very good. At checkout, there was only one staff member at the front desk, and that person was busy assisting guests who were checking in, so we were kept waiting for quite a long time. Since this is the busy checkout time in the morning, shouldn’t there be multiple staff members available? In addition, one of the male front desk staff members was just standing there with his hands in his pockets, without a smile, and we did not feel any sense of hospitality at all. The hotel itself has good facilities, but the staff overall gave an arrogant impression, and we did not feel welcomed in the slightest.

Very convenient place for all the toursit spots. Atmosphere is great and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Service was top notch and one of the best experiences.

Great central location at the heart of Porto - we could walk to everywhere we needed to visit during the trip. Excellent service, friendly staff in the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Os quartos não acomodam confortavelmente 3 pessoas. É muito confortável e com manutenção em dia para 2 pessoas/casais. No entanto, a terceira cama e o espaço físico, de forma geral, não comporta mais de 2 pessoas de forma confortável.

Mixed thoughts about this hotel. We stayed here because of its central location, and the fact that we were in Porto for only 2 days. So from that perspective, it was perfect - because it is smack in the middle of Porto, in the middle of all the attractions and tourist activities. So high marks for location for sure! As for the property - well, it’s crowded, feels dated, and definitely by no means a 5-star property - not even close. Fitness center is way too small with outdated equipment. Breakfast at the restaurant was below average, limited selection. The rooms were spacious but felt dated - vents were loud at night, bed was uncomfortable because of old mattresses. Staff was super courteous and polite. Might stay here again if we visit Porto again, but only for its location.

The location, atmosphere and amenities are second to none. Truly a beautiful place to stay when visiting Porto. My family and I had a wonderful time in the city which was always capped off with excellent desserts and port back at the hotel bar. We have decided that this is our place to stay when visiting Porto. No need to look anywhere else. Highly recommended.
