Personnel très aimable, abordable et chaleureux! Localisation près de tout. Très propre. Petit déjeuner à l'italienne convenable. Je recommande.

"The best hotel in the heart of Palermo city centre."

The best hotel anyone can book. Everything was perfect. In the heart of the city, near the train and bus station, and every tourist attraction is reached within walking distance. Although the street is busy, it is on the 4 th floor and no noises were heard. It is also very safe and with a reception. The front office ladies Vanessa and Roxana, were extremely friendly and helpful and did there utmost to help us in anything that we needed during our stay. However, i will book it again for my next trip to Palermo. Breakfast is very very good.

Cannot complain about anything.

Camera pulita, personale cordiale e accogliente, vicino alla stazione centrale, posizione tranquilla, edificio antico ma confortevole.

La doccia del bagno lascia molto a desiderare in termini di pressione dell'acqua; le persone alte hanno qualche difficoltà a farsi la doccia perché l'acqua non smette mai di scorrere e lo scarico è molto lento.
