I booked two nights via hotels.com and thought that I would be staying in a small boutique hotel. I saw someone on arrival to get my key and then not another soul for the two days. There is no bar, no restaurant, and a lounge that is locked. There is a glass door, so you can look at it like a museum exhibit. Quite bizarre. There is a good cafe a minute's walk away and some good restaurants including a fabulous Italian about 10 minutes away. The room was clean and it was very quiet, so I slept well. The shower room is tiny, in a corner of the room. Parking on the road is easy enough, and the neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. It was an odd couple of days, like being on the Marie Celeste really.
