Just back from a 4 day stay at this hotel. It's a lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is a mix of hot and cold food, plenty of choices and a selection of tea and coffee. Bedroom are spacious and clean. Bathroom big enough with free toiletries. The only downside is the shower cubicle is not the biggest. It's a 10-15min walk into the main square and there's also a tram stop 100yds away, if you're going to the railway station. All in all an enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it. If we visit Krakow again we will definitely stay here.

Very pleasant hotel, very clean and quiet. The rooms are a good size but found to be quite warm and wasn’t expecting this for March. Only 7 mins from main square. Restaurant does a very nice breakfast and a good variety for a small place. The staff are very friendly and looked after our cases so we could enjoy the last day sightseeing. Nice courtyard to chill in and close to local transport networks. 20 mins taxi ride to airport. Tea making facilities in your room and plenty of storage. Shower had loads of pressure and very hot water.
