Typic Sandic Apartments

We loved these apartments, we had the best view of the ocean from our balcony and even a view from the shower. The apartments are quite old which is good as it means you get space and lots of room. We booked a 2 bedroom and had lots of space in the kitchen, loungers balcony. The bar downstairs is great with good homely food and good dry is are very reasonable prices. Clean apartments and a service clean every 2 days. It’s a great spot with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend and will be back next time we visit Ibiza. The apartments were a lovely size . The apartments were clean and the aircon was a great bonus. The pool was nice and never too busy so nice and quiet.

I would say the apartment is a little worn and in need of some minor renovations however it was perfect for our holiday.

The accommodation was roomy and comfortable with a view of the sea close by. It was in a great location, a short walk to Es Canar beach and also to a smaller beach just past the Hippy Market. The staff in Roxy's/Typic Sandic were so lovely, always helpful and happy. The pool was great, a nice mix of quiet and company for our son.

Fantastic week staying here. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were very spacious and were cleaned regularly and it was in a great location to explore the area. Good value for money and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location. The friendliest staff. Spacious and clean apartment which suited our short stay perfectly. Practically had pool to ourselves after the day at the beach. Highly recommend.

Our shower ran cold so we never got a warm shower. If we’d been there longer than 4 nights, we’d have mentioned it to staff, but we just put up with it.

In the shower they have a boiler and this is just for 1 person. I couldnt even wash my conditioner out at that time, the water was cold. Their is a molt air hanging or dry pipes air that stays in your nose. There is no electricity for the fridge, the wire needs to hang over the kitchen counter, very annoying Its a bit noisy The furniture needs an upgrade The area is a bit boring, you really need a car to explore. 10 min walk from the parking place with bags and suitcases for 5 eur a day is outrages! No elevator and i find it a bit dirty

The location was wonderful. Beach is at 2 minutes walking distance, you can also enjoy partial view of the sea. Lots of shops to eat and shop nearby. The bar below the apartment also used to serve food and the english breakfast was awesome. We are Indians and we crave for good breakfast and I can say that it is the first time in 3 years in europe that we had a full and satisfied breakfast. Staffs were nice. Bus stop is also at 5 minutes of walking distance, you can go to Ibiza town or airport. Or you can also take ferry which is again at 3 minutes away. You can get ferry for formenterra as well from there.

There were no shower gel, handwash or shampoo. Atleast provide these basic amenitities. The towels were not soft. Water pressure in tge taps was extremely low. I guess this is due to the salt water. They should also keep some oil and salt pepper as this is an apartment so these basic cooking essentials should be there.
