Soggiornando all'hotel, oltre alla posizione ottimale nel centro di Varsavia, ciò che vorrei elogiare è l'accoglienza da parte dello staff sempre disponibile e la camera era pulita. La stanza veniva pulita e il letto rifatto ogni giorno, infatti io ed il mio compagno siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Consiglio l'hotel per chi vuole essere in pieno centro città ed essere accolto con riguardo e gentilezza

The bathroom was very good, shower very nice.

We had flies in the room, the air conditioning should be part of the hotel, not additional cost to customers.
