Sudima Auckland Airport

The check in and out process was very good. The room was conformable and warm.

Room service, the cheese platter could have had more than 4 crackers and although we said we had 2 people, we got cutlery for 1 and no plates or napkins. Having said that, everything else anout the hotel was excellent.

I liked that the property was easy access but also tucked away from the main traffic, but still close to all amenities.

The only complaint I have was that my child slipped offer twice in the swimming pool area, the ground was very slippery when wet and given that it is the swimming pool area, perhaps a more suitable and safe flooring should be put in.

The food quality has taken a downturn and the menu misrepresented what was given on the plate and charged for. The sides for my dinner were under cooked and with dried up fries and charged separately rather than inclusive with the main meal as per menu. The menu is not cheap. When this was queried the front staff whispered to themselves which was disrespectful.

Excellent for price paid and airport hotel. Very quiet - could not hear planes. We did not eat there as went to see friends and skipped the breakfast.

The bus trip to the airport called at other hotels around and about so be generous with time allowed to airport.
