Clean tidy really helpful staff

Great facility was clean, friendly and helpful staff Kids loved the robots. Delicious food, pool was warm, bedrooms clean and comfortable.

Family loved the breakfast. Plenty of options to choose from. Dinner was beautiful. Pool was warm perfect temp for our 6month old. Rooms were clean. All for a great price!

No water available in the rooms (had to order juice for room service and then ask in the comments for water as there were no options to request only water at night). Cocktails were average. Still rate the place.

Last and most expensive hotel I stayed in on my 3 week trip to New Zealand and boy did we save the worst till last! We were greated with the news we’d been upgraded, hooray I hear you shout, the joy was short lived as the room had no air conditioning and the heating it did have a radiator suspended above the bed behind the coving may of worked if it wasn’t for the thermostat controllers buttons being damaged, undoubtably by the countless other people they’ve upgraded to this room. Then at dinner I had the steak and my partner the pork belly, both very nice. However…. having to wait 1.5 hours for it to be delivered to us by a ROBOT which quite frankly was bizarre. The Robot had everyone in the restaurants attention as it did its best impression of a robot hoover bumping into stuff and the 2 member of restaurant staff who were human. In the morning hungry we went down to breakfast a 9 am to give it another go. A second chance if you will. It didn’t get off to a great start. When I asked for the full fat milk to be refilled the waiting staff walked over to where I had fetched the empty jug from and picked up the trim milk jug from next to where the full fat one was originally. He calmly brought it over and poured it on my corn flakes which I didn’t eat. I then tried the hot buffet breakfast which was wiped out and wasn’t replenished so I had the final 2 x hash browns. The only other interaction I had with staff was a 9.55 am when they asked if I would like anything else as breakfast was finishing. When checking out I informed the nice lady at reception, she shrugged and said I’m really sorry about that. A Horrid experience which was a sad end to a nice trip to NZ. Avoid this place !

Good location to the airport. Extremely helpful staff, restaurant meal was excellent. Room perfect for a couple.
