We had a hot water problem but Heidi and the team dealt with it efficiently

Breakfast was Delicious and the view from the dining area was amazing

Wonderful to go asleep and wake up with the sound of the waves, the location is excellent! The staff treated us with respect and warmth and nothing was to much to ask. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious and fresh! We dined in one of the nights and was totally surprised at the level and quality of the food, couldn't have been better in any of the restaurants we tried. Even our car windows were cleaned from the mist in the mornings. We were spoiled and treated like prized guests. Thank you for a most lovely stay.

Absolutely nothing, everything was either meeting or exceeding our expectations.

Luxuriöse Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Der Blick aus den Zimmern und dem Restaurant ist überragend. Das sehr leckere Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl. Wer abends die Möglichkeit hat, das Kudu-Steak zu probieren: go for it! Der Service war aufmerksam - wir haben sogar Wärmflaschen zur Nacht und zur Begrüßung zwei handgeschriebene Karten bekommen.

Die sehr kurz angegebenen Check-in Zeiten bei Booking stimmen nicht. Der Check-in war am späten Nachmittag problemlos möglich. Sollte bei Booking korrigiert werden, um nicht zu irritieren.

Fantastic setting, beautiful views over the ocean. Rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Will definitely come back when we have the chance. One of the best places we ever stayed
