Apartment was basic but clean. Good balcony. Safety deposit box in room would be helpful. Bathroom Towels very rough and hard. Pool beds very hard and uncomfortable. Bar area Is nice with friendly staff.

Clean place but WiFi is very slow.

Firstly it’s in Es Canar - a quiet family resort which is a 30 to 40 euro taxi to Ibiza town, san Antionio etc- the apartment we had has 3 bedrooms with 2 singles in each room and a sofa bed , kitchen, fridge and freezer , balcony - very nice , can’t fault it

Beautiful apartments but we were there for 9 nights and did not have our sheets changed during our stay. We were not able to check in to our apartment until after 4.30 as it was still being cleaned I found it strange that the maids did not make the beds at all during the entire stay as I've stayed in lower rated rooms and they were always made when rooms were cleaned. Could not fault the apartments other than that .

Lots of room and fairly modern BUT the beds are so uncomfortable ... very hard and scratchy sheets other than that it was good!

Apartment was very clean and modern, stayed in 305 which was above Popeye's bar. Had one bedroom, sofa bed in lounge area and a small separate kitchen, that included a fridge freezer. The balcony was huge with 2 sunloungers as well as a patio set. There was a large flatscreen tv on the wall with several UK channels including BBC and ITV, also had some English kids channels. The pool isn't massive but never had trouble getting a sun lounger. No umbrellas but one side of the pool got the shade in the morning and the other in the afternoon so it was fine. Brilliant location in the resort and quiet after midnight. Staff helpful and friendly and facilities to shower on last day with towels provided. Only downside for some people would be that there are no lifts but wasn't a problem for us. Hairdryer in bathroom and iron and ironing board available to borrow. Reception open in mornings but bar staff available at Popeyes bar until 4.00am. This bar is the best in Es Cana with great entertainment on every night. They also throw a free kids foam party every Thursday 4pm - 6.00pm in July and Aug. Would love to go back.
