The Hotel and services were exceptional. The reception team was by far the best and i Travel 6 months out of the year all over Europe. The location was perfect. It exceeded all my expectations i would highly recommend it for family, couples and solo travels

The concierge, Filippo Gambino, is a star! He went above and beyond to make sure that our entire vacation in Sicily was seamless. From welcoming us daily with a smile to walking us through (& booking) all the various excursions and cooking classes and coordinating all the transfers to hotels around the island since the trains were on strike, Filippo curated an amazing visit for us both in and out of Palermo.

Great breakfast. Location excellent. Large room . The staff very friendly . The consiege Filipo was a star. At short notice arranged a car for us for a 6 hour private tour which was amazing. Anything we asked for Filipo helped us even when one of us was ill. The other staff too were always helpful
