"Sweet cabin village"

I was upgraded to a cabin in their lovely cabin village, and that was so cool. It was modern, sleek, comfy and cosy. Warm, nice comfy bed and pillows. sky tv. Roomy shower. Lots of lemon trees i picked a few to take home. Near the beach and cafe next door. Plenty of towels. Nice soaps. Bottled water a nice touch. Cutlery and other kitchen wares, fully stocked. Theres a microwave but no cooking stove but we didnt need that.

A main light might be nice, but no biggy. Was overall very cool.

Very tidy unit in the Microvillage. Everything I needed for a short stay. Good parking and easy walk to the Strand, beach, park etc. Very comfy bed, clean room.

"Beautiful place, incredibly close to town."

Te Awa is my absolute fav for when staying in Whakatane - particularly the old villas. Beautiful classic decor and the one bedroom had a classic clawfoot bath!

It may have been how far away from the main office we were, but the wifi was unstable at times.
