Clean and Private, We had our 6 month old baby with us and it was nice and quiet. Great location in walking distance and staff was helpful and friendly.

The tap in the kitchen comes on fast and water goes everywhere. No big deal just frustrating when the kids touch it.

"Would only stay again in a ground floor room, no stairs."

I have stayed at the Awa 4 times now over the past year and it is always clean and the staff are super friendly. Everything you need is in the room and the location is perfect .
