"Нет отопления, в номере холодно"

В отеле нет отопления! Имейте это в виду, и в холодный сезон очень не приятно было находится в номере.

Диву даёшься как можно изуродовать и извратить великолепный старинный особняк. Интерьер в стиле «дорохо-бохато» очень дешёвыми и некачественными материалами. В комнатах плантации плесени на оконных откосах и откровенная канализационная вонь. Повесив 2 куртки на вешалку в прихожей, вешалка упала едва ли не на пальцы ног, оборвав петельки у обеих курток - на ресепшн ответ «компенсация не предусмотрена!», говорю напишу честный отзыв на сайтах - ответ «нам до этого дела нет, мы же вам дали другой номер». Позор хозяину и персоналу, вам бы хотя бы на бесплатных курсах по гостиничного бизнеса побывать!!!
