Nos gustó todo, la ubicación al lado de un centro comercial, puedes ir andando para almorzar o cenar, el trato del personal muy amable, el desayuno aceptable.

Que las almohadas fueran tan bajas y no hubiera un cojín o otra almohada en el armario y que en el desayuno no hubiera bacon.

El tamaño de la habitación y la limpieza eran correctos. Pero ya está.

Pasé mucho calor en la habitación y abrir la ventana era que entrasen mosquitos. ¿Por qué no hay nada que permita abrir la ventana sin mosquitos como unas mosquiteras o similar? El aire acondicionado funcionaba fatal y no tenia casi potencia, sudé mucho y me costó mucho dormir horrores por el horrible calor de la habitación. Las almohadas eran MUY incomodas y finas... como si no hubieran. Además, pagamos un extra por el desayuno y la leche estaba cortada y con grumos. Los cereales con leche los devolví y avisé al personal que hizo caso omiso de mis indicaciones, por lo que tuve que tomar café con leche fuera del Hotel. Me indicaron que el precio del desayuno era de 13€ pero me costó casi 28€ dos desayunos por "cargos extra". Elegí el hotel esperando la calidad de NH que no encontré por ningún lado. Por otro lado el personal de recepción ni siquiera una sonrisa ni saludo de bienvenida ni nada... es la primera vez que voy a un Hotel, saludo y me dicen directamente "Dame los DNIs" y ni me devuelven el saludo ni me miran a la cara prácticamente. Si has tenido un mal día no te pongas a atender en un Hotel de 4 estrellas y considera el servicio que das y recibirá el cliente. MUY decepcionado con la estancia y el trato. No volveré.
