This is a beautiful classic hotel with Cape Dutch style architecture. The staff are superb, the restaurant is excellent, and the grounds of the hotel are lovingly maintained and peaceful.

Extremely hospitable and welcoming , knowledgeable staff . We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could have done .

My experience was a 5 star experience. The staff went out of their way to be of assistance and made me feel like a valued customer. My room was luxurious and beautifully appointed, with a large bathroom. The linen was fresh and crisp cotton and the pillows were very comfortable. Compared to similar hotels, like the Vineyard Hotel, this hotel was half the price per room, and excellent value for money. All in all, I have been very impressed with this hotel and I will definitely return.

Terrific and elegant 5 star hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. The extra touches is what really makes it - You can get every cocktail you'd want in the bar, and the library off reception with complimentary drinks in the evening is wonderful. The rooms are large and luxurious. Even the towels left out by the pool are super soft. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great value for money. You'd pay a lot more for the equivalent of this hotel in other places.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! It has the best of everything.

My daughter booked me for two nights at the Andros Boutique Hotel ( Newlands/ Claremont, Sothern suburbs, Cape town) as a birthday treat. Lets count my blessings at the place: *A very professional dedicated staff. **A beautiful spacious ensuite room with all what a five-star hotel could cater for ( Fridge safe, minibar, towels and a hair dryer in addition to branded soaps and shampoos. ***A Wifi in the rooms and the main area of the hotel which are beautifully and pleasantly furnished. **** The magical “ Home Spun by Matt” which offers the most exquisite culinary experience in the world. And last but not least a spa and a gatden full with roses. What a heaven.

I usually stay at another hotel when I visit CT, but I'd been to Homespun on my last visit and discovered The Andros, and so decided to give it a try. It is refreshingly obvious that whoever runs the hotel cares about small things, and everything is designed with taste and comfort in mind. I loved the spacious and quiet rooms, the friendly staff, the range of drinks, the atmosphere, and the general sense of solitude and quietness the place evokes. With bigger hotels, you might get a little lost in it all, and have to deal with too many people; not at The Andros. It truly is the boutique experience. I thought it was a little over-priced but as I reflect on the elegance and the little touches, I would definitely choose it for my next weekend stay. The staff who work at The Andros are committed to its success, and their friendly and helpful attitude means the vision of the owner is as important to them as well. Top end accommodation.
