The project will be split in 5 phases of construction as per the image below. Phase A 15 May - 14 June > 17 rooms in total (101 -117) Phase B 14 June - 15 July > 17 rooms in total (118 - 134) 128 is Mock Room that is complete Phase C 15 July - 12 August > 11 Rooms (235-245) Phase D 12 August - 13 September > 11 Rooms (135-146) Phase E 13 September - 11 November > 30 Rooms (300-329) The anticipated date for completion of the last phase (10 rooms) of the project will be 11 November 2024Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
