The food was excellent. Very well prepared and exceptionally delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the facilities were excellent.

The showers are tiny :( that was my only complaint. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

It is spacious good for the family, there are activities around the property that you can engage in. The staff was friendly and they went all out to meet our expectations. They have a variety of food when it comes to breakfast.

1)The meals were exceptional 2)The environment is very child friendly though we did not come with a child 3) The location is perfectly located for tourists

1) The queue for eggs especially for those who wanted the omelets option is always long, so if they could at least have other options( scrambled, fried, boiled) always available then we don't get to all wait.

Really nice property, exactly what we wanted. Food was nice, reception staff was amazing always, some of the restaurant staff was great. Loved the pool and wild animals, room was spacious, bed was great. Parked right in front of my room.

Security staff is hopeless, nothing can save them from their jobs. Not friendly, not bothered by serving people, not welcoming first impression for clients. Clean under the bed there are dead insects, soap holder in the shower is broken. Some of the restaurant staff has clearly been there for far too long, no smiles and friendly faces. Housekeeping didn't replace our shower gel on our second day for some reason.
