"Bad"

I made this booking because my family experienced a house fire. The insurance picked up at the last minute and got us a months stay somewhere else and booking.com said they'd contact the property about a refund. The property said they hadn't heard anything. We were charged the full price of $440 when were essentially houseless right now, due to a huge crisis. I will never use booking.com or stay at a best western again.

All the staff are extremely friendly, Jaden at the front lobby made our trip extremely easy to get settled in. Leroy at breakfast was on it and very on top of his game. He was very efficient and friendly.

I want to give a special shout-out to Leroy, the kitchen manager. He patiently showed me how to operate the waffle maker (what a great and unusual addition to a motel kitchen!) and showed me where everything was.

Please clean the hot water urns (in particular the one in the little nook that is kept open all the time) more often. Coffee drinkers may not notice because coffee has a strong flavor but as a tea drinker I noticed the taste was a bit off. I love my morning cup of tea but sadly had to pass on it.
