Narawan Hotel

房內設施殘舊，床褥不舒服，近火車軌較嘈，泳池是最好的地方。酒店地点不錯。這個價錢也不能要求太高吧！整體上還可以接受。

A very middle of the road place to stay. I cannot of one thing that stands out except for the location, which is great.

Just arrived booked 18 nights which on first impressions looks like a big mistake! I will update as necessary, check in not the smoothest gave girl my passport which admittedly is almost full she asked for immigration card, I explained that I don't have one as I have visa proceeded to show her the visa still not happy, I explained that I had just spent 3 nights at Dusit Thani hotel and didn't have a problem this seemed to work. Then a demand of 200 THB deposit for key made after some discussion I reluctantly paid it. Now the room just 2 spare sockets behind TV, no safe as stated in hotel description, no tea or coffee making facilities again as stated in hotel description the best thing is the ac is not functioning properly waited for maintenance man who did nothing and left still waiting! I'm going to ask for a change of room let's see what happens.

We arrived around 8.00 pm and received by an unwelcome staff. No potter to help. Got to carry our own luggages. Though hotel is with lift but still very inconvenient as you still need to go up/down staircase to reach the lift. Reached our room but door can't be opened so had to go down to had the key changed. However, staff on duty does not believed that the key to our room not functioning, instead of re-validating the key card, he came up himself to try on the door. Knowing that it is not working he then went down to get another room key (imagine we had to wait for around 20 minutes along the corridor to our room) as he is working alone. Rooms are not that spacious, the pillow case had a hole. Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel n shower cap) only good for one person. No bathroom towel on first night. We stayed two nights. And on second night they placed the bathroom towel which is very worn out. Not a peaceful hotel as train passed by quite often with a very loud noise. The only advantages are very close to massage parlours, restaurants and walking distance (if you can walk) to the shopping mall.

Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt, Schimmel im Bad in den Ecken Baustelle hinter dem Haus

The hotel is old and dated, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Easy walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Did not use the pool but lots of others did and it looked clean.

Bathroom stunk of drains Pillows were filthy had to buy our own the lift was out of action and we were on the top floor reception staff useless towels like rags
