Narawan Hotel

We went down for 4 nights over Christmas. The hotel is decent value for the price in a good location with a good pool and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive, ringing each day to see if we wanted the room cleaning. Would definitely visit again.

This is a decent hotel in a quietish area. It's a tuk tuk ride from the centre of town but there are a few restaurants and low key bars nearby. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy, shower was a bit weak though. Would probably consider again though when I come back to play golf.

Ha being stayed there befor and only found it average but I was accompanied with 15 other people on a tour. This time it was for a overnight stay with my family. I arrived and asked the clerk at the desk if I could get the same rate as per my booking online for my wife and daughter. The clerks said yes. I showed him my booking price. That was for 2 adults and a 13 year old girl. He puts us in a room with two single beds. I asked him if he understood what I was saying and he then moved us to a room with a double bed in it. Again I went down stairs and asked if he was all there. He said if I wanted a folding bed in the room that would be another 600thb. He just dismissed the whole mater and went into his hole and waited for us to go away. Ask only simple questions as this clerk is a hindrance and of no help. He refused to budge on the foldout bed. I've passed the info on to my friends who stay there each year and we are now looking at a more friendly location. I look for places that my friends can come and feel the welcoming hand of Thailand. This was not it and I hope you finely get the message and look up what people are asking you for. Rudeness in a time where tourists are short is foolish.

Good location ! Reception staff more concern with his mobile and don't even realized we were standing I front of him upon checking in! Raised a question whether room hag got hair dryer and answer Not sure !

We choose to stay this hotel as it is near shopping malls, eatery and 7-11 store. The Hotel provide car park lots as we were driving up north. Room is clean with very basic amenities : 2 bottles of drinking water and 1 small size shampoo & shower gel and a soap bar. For the price we paid I certainly had no ground to complaint as they also got a small swimming pool. Room air con is in good condition and hot shower is working with good pressure! Overall highly recommend those looking for short 1 or 2 night stay.

it's locate near the tram track so you can here the train operate every two hours and night time as well. the mattress is uncomfortable. the staffs are nice, good service.

This hotel is about 15 minutes riding from night market, 20 minutes from floating market. it is a small hotel with swimming pool. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looks good. It also has a balcony, you can drink some beer in there and enjoy the quiet moment. The bathroom floor is wet when I came into the room, and it forget to give me towel. For someone who doesn't want to spend too much money on it, it can still be a acceptable choice when you stay in Hua Hin.

For the price this hotel is fair. Breakfast could have been better but was okay. I could write more but when finished all I have to say is this hotel is just okay.

Bad impression: room was not ready to service for customer even though we had waited for 2 hours before checked in. Staffs were not friendly,they didn't interest in helping to new customers,just gave the key and let customers found the room by ourselve and the way to the room was very dark, The way to elevator bad smell from gabage Noisy from trains especially in the night. Good conditions:the price is cheaper than many places include breakfast and also there is a swimming pool,

For the price this hotel was just okay. I like the area around the hotel and convenient to the beach, shopping and places to eat. The hotel is a just okay....no extras put forward and breakfast was lacking for choices. The room was clean and bathroom lacking shelf space to put out any items. Wi Fi signal a little poor at times.
