"Lovely stay in a beautiful town"

A lovely base for exploring this beautiful town and the stunning area around it. We really appreciated the owner's help and kindness for our arrival and our plans for the next day. We were very comfortable here and had all the facilities we needed.

I didn't get a breakfast, but not a problem as I have allergy issues and prefer to provide my own breakfast.

"Einfaches, zweckmäßiges Motel mit freundlichem Besitzer, für eine Nacht ok."

Zweckmäßiges, einfaches Motel-Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und kleiner Küchenzeile und Kaffeemaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Da es ein Motel ist, lag es direkt an der Hauptrstrasse, also hörte man den Verkehr schon. Aber da nicht so viel Verkehr besteht war es auch kein Problem. Ich durfte nach Abreise auch noch mein Gepäck für 45 Minuten in der Lobby lagern, da ich zuerst ein Mietauto abholen musste. Danke dafür!

Das Zimmer hatte ein Bett, 2 Sessel und draußen 1 Stuhl. Dadurch dass keine Bilder oder sonst irgend eine dekorativer Gegenstand im Zimmer war, wirkte es etwas kalt und lieblos.

"Great first night after arriving from Auckland to kick off our trip to Coromandel Peninsula"

Great place to stay and within an easy drive from Auckland airport. Very friendly reception when we got there and was happy to share some local info. which was handy.

Noise from the main road into town took a bit of getting used to but died off around 9pm.

Very clean and good facilities, handy location to town centre

Very close to the main road in and out of town, traffic noise quite loud, would have rated an 8 overall if not for the traffic noise.
