The location was great. Coffee and tea selection and amenities have exceeded my expectations.

Room 3 was around the back & missed the traffic noise. The room was generously large, great big bed, separate bathroom & kitchen, big TV. Bathroom was good as was the shower. Close to town & Merivale Mall. No. 1 bus just outside motel.

All good - recommended.
