The hotel is spotless, staff are constantly cleaning the pool areas. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and we never saw any litter or unfolded towels left behind on sunloungers. Breakfast is a good mix between continental and some traditional options. All staff were friendly and professional. Food and drinks around the pool were excellent. Prices are a on the higher end in comparison to some other hotels in the area, but the quality and experience justify it. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, with respectful guests and no rowdy behaviour. The rooms were modern and immaculate, housekeeping was excellent, and we slept very well. The spa is beautiful, spacious and has plenty of facilities. The location is good, with inexpensive local taxis readily available. Emerald is worth the higher price and I would happily return.

Super nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, jedoch der Kaffee nicht sehr gut aber das ist geschmackssache.
