People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. "O atendimento e acolhimento é péssimo por parte da recepção!"

Localizaçao, custo, dependências

Com exceção de 1 recepcionista, o atendimento é péssimo! Grosseiros, debochados. Várias regras da acomodação são repassadas apenas no checkin. Tentam a todo custo fazer compra casada. Sequer se pode usar o frigobar do próprio quarto se não comprar as coisas (água por exemplo, e superfaturada) no hotel. Mesmo tendo restaurante no hotel, caso você queira comer algo de fora, sequer emprestam talheres para os hóspedes!

Ponto positivo é a natureza dentro do hotel e a piscina, maravilhosa. O Bar da piscina bom tbm.

O quarto é mal iluminado( bem escuro), o banheiro com um ralo que elas colocavam o lixinho em cima pra abafar o mal cheiro, que mesmo assim não adiantava. Tem pernilongos demais Café da manhã fraquíssimo, sem muitas opções.
