They always take our towels and they never put us back and they never clean our room and they have a sign that said towels and bed will be done daily and when we call it was only every three days and they never take our trash and they do not have elevator so we were using the stairs. It was a horrible hotel service

The facilities are VERY old. There was rust and limescale in the shower head. The walls had stains on them and the whole room smelled like wet carpet. The elevator didn’t work and as per the front desk hasn’t worked in a while. Pool doesn’t really work. Breakfast was fine except that employees were having breakfast with the guests in the morning, found that a little unprofessional.

Maintenance at this site is nonexistant. We never even got into the room. We were not told the elevator was broken until after we got the key. The door to the stairs was broken and unmarked, and neither key card would unlock the door to the room. The lady in line ahead of me could not get into her room either, but I was already checked in by the time she had hauled her dog and luggage back down. I am 73 years old and was not going to play that game. I demanded a reversal of the charge and the manager lied to me that they could not do that, saying I had to take it up with Booking.com. I called Booking immediately and they said, no the payment is direct to La Quinta. Booking has sent 2 emails to us saying the Odessa inn is not responding to them. I will dispute the charge and am just beginning to give blistering reviews until the charge is reversed. We stayed at the La Quinta in Monahans TX that night and Marana AZ the following night and they were it wonderful.

Both evevatos were out (4 story motel) TV didn't work, door nobs were broken, breakfest was minimal.
This property needs a serious update, from the staff to the building. Very low water pressure, stale smell and the customer service was terrible.
