Elevator broken. Even when stated multiple times I didn’t want room service during my trip they would wake me up daily by knocking. Breakfast was awful. Landlord special is what comes to mind when seeing the rooms

Room wasn't ready for check in, elevator didn't work unless an employee was available to operate it. Unsafe.
