Location is okay, around 8-10 min walk from GZ east station. We had buffet breakfast as well, food choices are adequate. Room is clean, but lack of USB port for charging cell phones, luckily I brought my own. The only problem is they charged you a deposit when check in (not just let them have your credit card authorization like most other 5 stars hotel, but charged); and when check out, they are not able to cancel the bill. I waited at the check out counter for over 15 minutes still couldn't fix it. They promised me to call the card center and helped with the issue. I am still not sure if they had done that for me. I was in a rush to meeting so didn't have time to wait further.

"Clean Comfort"

hotel is very well maintained with very comfortable beds and pillows. area is very conveniently located close to the train station but quite far from the Canton Fair grounds. Bus to the fair in the morning is fine, but returning in the evening is terrible! Fabulous breakfast!

Great hotel near metro shops and East Railway station. Friendly staff were very helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Stayed in a junior suite which was huge and comfortable

"Late checkin alert!"

Arrived at 3 pm but room was not ready for check in until 4:30 pm....waited at the lounge for 1.5 hr but the drinks & snack at the buffet bar are consumed without refill. Didnt feel I have i booked a 5 stars hotel at all.
