"Our Home in Madinah — Fifth Exceptional Stay at Madinah Hilton"

Our January 2026 stay at Madinah Hilton was truly exceptional — a well-deserved five-star experience. This was our fifth stay since 2014, and once again the hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The location is outstanding, just steps from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which makes every visit for prayers incredibly convenient and spiritually uplifting. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel continues to feel welcoming and serene. We would like to sincerely recognize all the staff across the departments — Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, Breakfast Service, Najd Café, and Concierge — for their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Every interaction reflected teamwork, respect, and a true commitment to guest satisfaction. A very special thank you to Mohammed AlMalki, Front Office Manager, for recognizing our Hilton Diamond status and graciously arranging a room upgrade. Had a great stay at Madina Hilton, rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms were cleaned properly and were cleaned really nicely. Especially by Shahab Uddin. It’s also really close to the haram and the food markets so it’s pretty accessible to everything.
