The swimming pool and hot tub by the Eco River Lodge was marvellously surrounded by vegetation, flowers, bushes, trees, birds that makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The 9 am to 11 pm schedule is very good.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. everything was perfect : room, staff, pool/hottub. the view is of course amazing! Recommend these restaurants : -La Muse (at hotel) for breakfast and dinner. -Cafe Le Hibou Recommend these activities: -Day at spa / pool -Expeditions Wakefield : Renting kayak/canoe/paddleboard -Parc de La Gatineau -Village Dunnd's for Minigolf Chelsea -Shopping at the Tanger outlet
The building is a great example of blending history with modern convenience and taste. There are tidbits of the building's past throughout the property. From the 6 foot tub in our bathroom to the crisp white sheets enveloping the duvet, everything is done with taste and convenience in mind. The waterfall at the back is a beautiful sight and the grounds are well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room, and our stay exceeded our expectations by far.
Super cool property. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Had a massage and it was fantastic! Only complaint was that the AC wasn’t functioning well and the room was hot.

The location is beautiful. We stayed in the older inn portion and found the amenities to be adequately modern. The art gallery really enhances the atmosphere. Dinner at the wine bar and breakfast at The Muse were tasty, unique and varied. The view from the wine bar at night is very special. The hot tub and sauna, with a view along the water, are a real treat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a very peaceful and relaxing getaway. 10/10 recommend!
